What is 88 Days Specified Work?
To qualify for a second Working Holiday visa, you must complete 88 days (approximately 3 months) of specified work in designated regional areas of Australia. For a third visa, you need 179 days (approximately 6 months).

The postcode where you actually perform the work matters, not where the company is registered. If your payslip shows a head office in Sydney but you work on a farm in regional NSW, the farm's postcode determines eligibility.
Yes, if you're employed continuously. The 88 days count calendar days, not just working days. If you're employed Monday-Friday but technically still employed on weekends, those days count. However, gaps between jobs don't count.
Regional areas are outside major cities but have reasonable access to services. Remote and very remote areas have limited services. All specified work in both area types counts toward your visa, but some work categories (like hospitality) only count in remote areas.
You can complete specified work during your first visa and apply for the second visa before it expires, or after leaving Australia. You can also apply while in Australia if you've completed the required days during your current visa.
