1. Deletion Principles

We delete personal information without delay when it is no longer necessary, such as when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved.

• Cloud Data: Information stored in Firebase databases is deleted through appropriate APIs, and will be progressively removed from Google's backup servers according to their data retention policies.
• Account Information: Upon account deletion request, personally identifiable information is immediately deleted or anonymized.
• Log Records: Logs are permanently deleted after the legally required retention period using methods that prevent recovery.

3. Deletion Timing

• Account Deletion: Processed immediately upon request (except for information required by law to be retained)
• Retention Period Expiry: Within 5 days after the retention period ends
• Purpose Achievement: Without delay once the collection and use purpose is fulfilled

📌 Note: Due to the nature of Firebase cloud services, deleted data may be retained in backup systems for up to 180 days for system recovery purposes. During this period, the data is not accessed or used except for recovery purposes.
